new construction

Hi, after long 2 weeks, my new home finally got the underground wiring done by one of your contractors. When the technician came out to finish activation, he mentioned that there was some device missing to support the subdivided properties, which mine is one of them.

However, 3 technicians came out previously never mentioned this, so I am not sure what to believe, especially my experience has been pretty terrible with inconsistency for the last couple of weeks.

I can dm my address and I would appreciate if you can check on this.
