New Construction

There has to be a better way to contact someone at Comcast for new construction.

I have tried to get through the assistant to a real person with no success. The phone number is the same issue. I see some people of direct messaged Comcast but i dont have that option through my account.

Can someone from Comcast PLEASE reach out to me and tell me how to get a new construction PM on site! Sleeves are in the ground with pull ropes from FND to power pole and Comcast is in the neighborhood.

Hey there, @user_pf0dih. Our Digital Care Team can help with all things Xfinity including new builds and construction. I am having just a bit of trouble following. You mentioned getting a new construction PM on site. Is there a PM already designed that you'd like to provide feedback? Is it a new development or a single home you'd like to have Xfinity services?

Hey Thomas - This is a new single family home. I have not been assigned a PM but i would like to be assigned someone so we can get the service pulled and be ready for my clients when they move in.

Please let me know who to call so i can get the ball rolling on this.
