New Construction
I just had a house built in a small neighborhood on a plot that previously had a house as of 2021. When attempting to setup internet service with comcast my address is listed as not valid, so I need to figure out how to set this up. I have confirmed with my neighbors that they either have Comcast or access to Comcast via their addresses on the same street as mine. I would like to get this service started asap as we are moving in in a short amount of time. Other postings have said contacting customer service via Phone has been unsuccessful so I am hoping I can get help here.

@jimc1119 Thanks for posting! The sale agents on the phone can submit a survey, but it's not an instant resolution. What you describe is more than a disconnected home, and will need a survey to inquire about the connectivity status, construction costs, and what permits are needed if required. The simpler the installation, the faster it can happen basically. We can submit the request for you, and provide updates as they're posted! Send us a direct chat message with your full name, email plus phone for contact, and the complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. We'll get more details from the location and new home then.
