New Construction

I'm moving into a new home next week that is a new construction. I have an appointment next week for the technician to come out for the internet install that I'm being charged $100 for. The cables are already run through the house, they're in a bundle outside the house they just need to be connected to the main outside line. Is there anything else I need to do so that the technician is aware of what needs to be done, or does that cost of installation cover it?

Hi there, @user_9d3bda Thank you so much for choosing Xfinity for your service, we do appreciate it. The technician will go ahead and take care of everything that's the benefit of having a technician installation.-Richard
