New construction

We are looking to get in contact with the xfinity construction team to have our new house set up with internet/tv/phone service in August. What is the process and who should we contact?

@user_f001b9 Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. First, we will need to gather some information from you. This information will be sent to our awesome offline team for review, and if necessary send a surveyor out to the residence. You will be notified of their findings via email.


Please send us a PM with your first and last name, as well as address. To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support.
