New construction: wrong conduit used

I’m a project manager with a construction company in naples florida.  When you guys came out to run the service to the house from across the street, you used one of our conduits for electrical for motorized gates and sconce lighting and we need to pull it out and re bury because we need it for power. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone. Who can I contact? I need to get the guys out ASAP as gates are being installed next week! Please help!!!
