New construction - waiting for Xfinity to finish the job!

We have moved to a new construction house and are trying to transfer our service.  When they came out to activate, we were told that we had a conduit but no cable.  So someone came and ran a cable.  Then we waited for another someone to connect at the house.  Then someone came again to activate but told us we weren’t connected at the street.  So now we are apparently waiting on the sub surface group or something like that to be that done.  I managed to talk to someone on the phone (remarkably) who was very helpful but only able to tell me he sees the request, but has no idea when this will get done.  We need to have internet in the house and this has been going on for a month.  Please can someone from Xfinity get someone out and get this done?  It’s literally a few minutes of work!

user_amu7ku I would be happy to look into seeing if I can speed up the visit for you!

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
