New construction trying to get service

Moved to a newly created address and construction. After about 2 weeks of being told address isnt serviceable we sent in utility bills, and assesors records showing parcel# and such. A tech was then sent out to survey and found pole across the driveway maybe 50 feet from house. Now being told we have to wait 90 more days???? Why is that?? Cant get an answer from anybody, have spent probably 10 hours a week on phone.
Every address around us has comcast ....we share a common driveway with our uncle who has comcast and we still cant get any answers
