New construction team help

Hello,

After multiple hours and two to three hang ups with Customer Support - can someone direct me to a contact for the new construction team? I have a multifamily property for which I'm the property manager and I can't get a hold of anyone to run a line for 10 units.

I'm trying to offer your services but Verizon is beating you to it! 

The property is in Andover, MA if that helps.

Thank you. I filled this in late last week and still haven't heard back. 

Tenants have options and the lack of urgency is hard to deal with!
