New Construction Tap Installation
We moved into a new construction home in January 2020 and started the process to have Comcast service at this address immediately. Several technicians were sent out, a site survey was conducted, and $3600 paid to a construction department. The construction department has cashed the check but has made no contact and we have no ability to contact them directly. Customer service reps seem to have no knowledge of the process and they state there is no option but to wait for the department to contact us, but they would put a request in for the department and to expect a call within 72 hours. This process started nearly 10 months ago and has made little progress since and still no contact from construction. My occupation requires an connection and I desperately need service at my address.
