New Construction Sub Division

Dear Xfinity New Construction/Service Expansion Team,

Subdivision: Blissful Lane

We are in the process of laying all utilities and would like to initiate the process of bringing Xfinity service into the subdivision. At this time, service does not appear available when checking the addresses, and I have not been able to get in direct contact with a representative.

Please advise on the next steps for:

  • Starting the new construction service request process

  • Site survey/engineering review requirements

  • Any documentation or plats that need to be submitted

We would like to ensure internet service is available for our future homeowners and want to coordinate early in the development process.
