New Construction Service

I am requesting a new service at my new construction home. The house is 600 feet away from the road. A technician has already been on site and said that a line extension from the road and a pedestal is needed. The technician created a new ticket. So far the process with the new ticket has been identical to the first. My concern is that another technician will arrive and say the same thing. I need to start the process of getting that line extension and pedestal installed. 

It has been impossible to speak with an actual person regarding this.
