New construction Rural Area

I have a ticket to find out how much and time lines it will be, to run new lines to a new construction on private property. This is a rural location, however, Comcast is approximately 900 yards up the road. All I want to know is: Is the extention possible? How much are we looking to do the expansion of services? What speed options will I have? How long for infrastructure to be put in place? (Estimated timeline if I agree today to when they start and finish)

Again rural area can not have others "buy in". Brand new construction as in electricity has not been supplied to the lot yet but will in the coming months. I am just trying to plan accordingly. Thank you

Hi Dfransen. We appreciate you visiting and posting on our Forums. I can help with getting a Site Survey ticket submitted for your new address. This will determine if we can extend our infrastructure and will generate a cost estimate for you. Please send me a private message and include your full name, complete home address, and primary contact phone number so I can assist you.

@ComcastJoeTru   Hi Joe.

I recently moved to Cape Coral Florida and lost my Xfinity service, they say the nearest connection point is close but too far for service.

Can you help me create a Site Survey Ticket as well.  You are losing many customers to CenturyLink and they are NOT happy due to the slow speeds.

I work from home and am in dire straights.

Also, I recently joined the community and dont know how to "Send a message directly"

Thank you in advance,

Thank you so much for your reply, Scott; really appreciate it! We will be more than happy to cover all our bases, in an effort to make sure if there's a way to get our services up, and running out of your home for a decent start-up cost. Rest assured; our Digital Care Team of corporate experts are here, every step of the way!

Regarding the messaging process' we have set in place; no sweat! This is new for us too, and to send me a message, you should be able to click on the chat icon, in the top, right hand corner of your screen, which will allow you to type, and search for Xfinity Support, and this should grant you the option to shoot me a direct message. Can you also please include your full last name, best contact email, primary contact number, nearest cross street names, and the full, new address, when sending the message? This info will help us get this ticket created, to have this investigated further. Thank you in advance, and fingers crossed we can get you hooked up to the future of internet!

I no longer work for Comcast.
