new construction residential home.

   We urgently need a communication wire connected from the property next door or from the street pole to our house. I've scheduled three appointments, yet each technician has been unable to resolve this issue. The installation will require the wire to be placed beneath either the driveway or the street. I have reached out to managers repeatedly without success, and the last representative I spoke with, Hawa, assured me she would return my call but has not followed up. Your assistance in expediting this matter would be greatly appreciated.
