New Construction Process

Hello,

I'm building a new home and will be contracting with an earthwork subcontractor to place conduit for our electrical service. It makes sense to me that we should also put conduit down there for our future internet service but I'm having a heck of a time finding any information on the process, who to talk to, standards, etc. Additionally, the chat option has just got me in an unending loop with no progress and no actual person on the other side. I have months before I'll need service up and running but we're getting close to digging holes in the ground.

Help!

Hello,

I am in the same situation and tried to follow these steps, but the direct message option does not exist in the top right corner for me. How can I access direct messaging to send information to you?
