New Construction - Orange Conduit Tubes
I am looking for the best Xfinity contact regarding new construction installation. I've recently had Xfinity connected at a new construction home and there are still 2 or 3 orange conduit tubes sticking 4-5 feet out of the ground. Given my service has been connected, I'd like these extra orange tubes cut down so they aren't an eye sore. Can someone please assist? Thank you.

Hello @user_reo6xl. Is the conduit on the side of your home, at a pedestal or at the telephone pole? We ask because there are restrictions to how tall they need to be.

Thanks for working with us in direct message, user_reo6xl. I'm glad our local team was able to help identity that the conduit tubes belong to Verizon. Take care!
