New Construction - No Podium or Tap
I moved into my new construction house more than a month ago. I was told Comcast supported the neighborhood, and all of my neighbors have service. I called Comcast more than a month before I moved in scheduling service setup, and since then I’ve had five techs come out and tell me they need construction to install a podium and tap at the end of the driveway.
I’ve been calling customer service practically daily for the last month and always hear the same thing - always some version of 1) Construction will call me in 24 hours to give me an update (never has happened). 2) Construction will be there on date x and set up the podium and tap (scheduled three times and no one has ever come). 3) “We’ve escalated your ticket so you should have construction pick it up any time”.
is there any way to contact construction directly??? Is there any management team that oversees them? No one I’ve been able to contact has any influence whatsoever.
I work from home, and my house doesn’t have cell signal! This is really starting to hurt!

Hello @Amsnorthstar! There is no way for customers to get direct contact with the construction team. What I can do is check your account for the status of the construction work and request an update.
