New construction no cable lines

I would greatly appreciate if Comcast would run new lines to not only my new construction house but also to my other 3 new neighbors with recent construction. Was told I had service in this area (which happens to be literally in the same neighborhood, 3 streets down from my current house with XFINITY internet) and a technician came out and said they couldn’t service my new house or other neighbors when I’ve been told by online customer reps and via phone that it is 100% coverage at new house. I have been a customer for the past 6 years and now can’t transfer my existing service 3 streets down from my other house in the same neighborhood. We all work from home and have no option for internet. Our neighbors across the street have internet and really frustrated as to why Comcast can not run an additional line to 4 other customers willing to pay and have Comcast/Xfinity service when we have all been told you cover 100% of our area.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you for moving the post so we can best help, @EG. @user_709ad8 we would be happy to look further into your address. I just bought a house and was promised there was a certain provider there. I found out after the fact when I called to get service that wasn't the case and understand how stressful this situation is.
