New Construction: Line not ran to home

Just moved into a new townhome on Thursday, I had called and scheduled a technician to come out on Friday to route the line from my driveway into my house. The technician informed me that the main line has not been routed to my home or any of the other houses on my row and a separate team would need to come out to route the main line. I then called customer service to explain the situation, at which point I was told a new technician would be coming out this next Thursday to run my line, but received no update as to whether or not the main line would be dropped for the homes on my row. Super frustrating as my wife teleworks and will now need to take PTO all week, especially after I called multiple times prior to my moving date to ensure that this wouldn’t be an issue.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
