New Construction Installation
Hello,
I am unsure who to reach out to for this. I just moved to a new duplex and need to transfer my services. The issue I am running into though is the address is so new it isn't showing up in the system. I can transfer it to the address that is where I am located now, but the system doesn't recognize that the house that was at my address has been torn down and rebuilt/renamed.
I am in a Xfinity area as my neighbors have it and my one of my neighbors is the actual Xfinity store lol. I am using the XfinityWifi hotspot for now which is fine but I would like to have an actual gateway installed. How should I proceed?
