New construction installation review

I am frustrated with the lack of information or knowledgeable people able to help me. I have a home that had service but has been demolished and now rebuilt. I need a technician to assess what is needed to run new service. Store (sales) knew nothing and just wanted to sign up my account and give me a router. Phone agent even worse and hung up when transferring me, 45 minutes of getting nowhere. Please advise.
