New Construction in Santa Cruz, CA - Xfinity claims my street is not 'serviceable' while every single house on my street has Comcast

I have been working for months for Comcast to install internet service for my new construction home. Ticket # [Edited: "Personal Information"].

The house is located on a street where Comcast is on the 'utility pole' and every single of my direct neighbors has Comcast for many many years. I have even put a 2" conduit from the utility pole to the house and I have installed a service panel (for electrical services but has room for other services).

My street name changed and now the Comcast 'system' has determined the street is not 'serviceable'. It's plain bizar since comcast has been there for years. Please help out, I just need a human Comcast person to come out and look at it. Not a customer service rep in a far away state who cannot evaluate the situation.

Thanks,

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Peer to peer" / "Private chat message" message to Xfinity Support:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://comca.st/3wjbsKk

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/2Uwyujs for an example.
