new construction home
Just moved to a new construction home, there is a xfinity box on the side of the house and its just waiting to be connected. There is a already a cord running underneath the house and cords running inside i just need a technician to come and connect them in the box. However when i try to schedule an appointment they cannot find the address probably because it is new. Any help would be great. All customer service does is put in a ticket but i cant even view the tickets.
