New Construction Home – Underground Internet Installation & Conflicting Cost Information
Hello! I'm currently building a new home in Naples, Florida, and would like assistance with a new-construction serviceability assessment.
I recently spoke with an Xfinity sales representative who confirmed that my address is serviceable. However, I received conflicting information regarding underground construction and installation costs.
I was initially quoted $100 for both underground construction and professional installation, but was subsequently told that $100 was a nonrefundable survey fee and that additional construction charges might apply.
I'm looking to have the property's underground installation requirements evaluated and receive written confirmation of the anticipated costs before committing to service.
Could your team assist with opening a new-construction serviceability ticket and coordinating with the appropriate construction team?
Thank you!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
