I have called at least five times and cannot get service at a new construction townhome I am moving into this week. Please assist and advise.

Hi there @user_c7cabb , every agent should have the ability to look this up for you and if they can't answer it, they should (in cases where you're actually within our footprint) put a ticket in, so that's a bit concerning.
