new construction help with service

we have a newly constructed house - and when I've called for service I've been told it's not available - however - I believe it should be - the neighborhood is all comcast/xfinity and the comcast/xfinity line for the "older" part of the neighborhood - Crows Point - goes right past my house - address is [Edited: "Personal Information"] - we close next week and I'm trying to get service arranged. It's been very frustrating trying chat/voice/help line - they did create a ticket - I just think their information is incorrect - [Edited: "Personal Information"]
