New Construction / Address not popping up for service
We recently purchased a new construction townhome, and the address is already registered with USPS but it won't pop up at all when I am filling out "moving to a new address". Any help would be appreciated.

@user_92bbvw Congrats on the new home purchase! If the construction is complete, meaning the cable infrastructure, you can place an order online and continue with the move. If it won't populate in the search, it means the area is not connected to our network. Did you receive confirmation from the construction contact, or the HOA regarding who will be the ISP?
