New Community Construction

Hey xfinity - I am building a new community here in Milton, GA and I need you guys to provide service to our community. We are currently in construction paving the roads and we need you all to provide your under-ground cabling thru our one-road community. You already have service at our property (as an old house was once there which was demoed), however we now need your underground service installed to all of the new residences. Can you please advise who i need to reach out to in order to get this coordinated? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. Please send us a message with your first and last name, as well as house numbers to your service address. To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it”
