New coax cable port installation
I want to have a new coax cable port installed so I can plug my box in on the other side of the living room where my TV is (currently have it sitting on the floor and using a fire stick to stream). Everything I find keeps directing me to the xfinity assistant, who won't give me a live person and just keeps asking to "troubleshoot my system" when I choose the option for scheduling a tech. I saw other similar posts where an employee directed them to send a direct message by clicking something in the top right corner of the page, but I don't have that so idk if it's changed since those posts or not.

To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
