New home has been built (ADU) on our property. Need a line ran to the demark. All interior wiring is installed.

The permit process has created an address but it’s not showing up on the usps website. Yet.

@user_7ln8ka If the newly created address from the permit process isn't yet in the USPS database, it's likely not in Xfinity's system either. We can submit a serviceability ticket, you may need to provide documentation to prove the address's validity.
