New Cable Installation for TV,Interned and Phone
During the first part of summer a technician came [Edited: "Personal Information"] for a customer service problem. The technician informed my neighbor the cable would have to be replaced. He put a small "temporary cable along the the curbs from my house [Edited: "Personal Information"]. We called several times and a technician came out, looked and said he would have to do a work order for the cable installers. Well, the cable has laid out there for the entire summer. About two weeks ago some men came out a dug "TWO" big holes in my front yard. It stayed like that for another two weeks!! Finally a contractor came out and they spliced a large cable in one of the holes and left leaving the small cable still running along the curb in front of my house and extends next door to [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I have called your Xfinity 800 number and the person took the information "again" and said he would forward to the service department. NO one has come out and I'm tired of the two holes and the mounds of dirt still in my front yard. ARE THEY FINISHED AND JUST LEFT MY YARD LOOKING LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want some answers on this. The ticket number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. This has gone along way too far and no one seems to care???????
