New cable box can't connect

Installing new box I just received from you but it will not connect. Keep getting a sorry there seems to be some trouble. It tells me to restart which I've done 4 times. Still getting the same message

Loutheg Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. Is the box you are trying to get connected going to a cable outlet that was not used before, or is the TV Box going to the same outlet as before?
