New Bulk Services Fiber Apartment is now "Unbulked"?

I recently moved to a new apartment complex that has bulk services (Xfinity Internet is included with rent payment). When I moved the contractors were out the same day to splice the fiber connector in my bedroom. Now when I call to get services started I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket and the complex is not bulked anymore. My previous apartment (right next door) is under the same management and had bulk services though that was coaxial and it was simple to hook my XB6 and call to get it up and running.

It's been weeks without internet service and every call I make keeps transferring me to someone who keeps telling me that I'm not paying for Internet with my rent.

user_prf58n Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. It is possible the complex is choosing not to have services covered under the bulk agreement. Have you been able to speak with our Bulk Team directly?

No, I was not able to connect to a Bulk Team agent directly. My Xfinity Internet ($45) is on my rent ledger.

Thank you, once I hear back from the leasing office in the upcoming week. Hopefully we will have clarification on what the nest steps are.

You’re welcome @user_prf58n! I’m glad we were able to have our Bulk services team take a further look and determine the new address is not currently linked to the apartment complex’s current bulk agreement. I’ve set a reminder on my end to check back in a week to see how everything goes after contacting the complex’s management.
