New build home address not found

I’m currently moving to a new build home in the middle of November and would like to transfer my current xfinity service however xfinitys website cannot find the new address. What can be done to setup service at my new location?

I do not believe so, the house is still under construction.

For new homes, we submit a ticket to have it added to our system, but the first place that is checked is the USPS database. If the address is not listed there, we cannot add it. Once it has been added, we can open a ticket for you to get the ball rolling.
