New apartment listed as business address

Hi, 

I'm moving only 5 minutes from where I currently live. I'm an Xfinity customer currently and I think that my new address is also within Xfinity's zone - I'm in Baltimore City, so most areas have Xfinity accessible.

However, my new apartment isn't listed in Xfinity coverage when I look up the address. When I tried talking to the AI Assistant, it told me that the address is currently registered as a business address. How do I fix this and get my address to be recognized as residential?
