New apartment does not have coaxial cable port for Modem (Ethernet)

Hello. I have been xfinity customer for 3 years. I am moving to a new apartment and I did not see a coaxial cable port on the wall (from what I could see). Before I signed the contract, I cleared it with the landlord that it is OK to have one installed. What are the steps I need to take to have a technician come and install a coaxial cable port for the modem (Ethernet)?
