New address says out of footprint
My new house claims its out of footprint when I look at deals. The neighbors have xfinity though so it doesn't make sense. Can someone help me please I really want to stay with xfinity. I love the service.

Is this a new house that was built in an already-established neighborhood? We can certainly have a closer look into this and see what's going on.
