New address not recognized

I am trying to move my service and my new address is not recognized. I know that I am entering it properly, but Xfinity says that is cannot be recognized. I need assistance so that I can move service ASAP.

If the new address is a new construction, it could be possible that the address is not yet registered with the postal service which would be a first place to check. Next would be ensuring the address is within our serviceable area. At times, when an address is not found, it could be because the address is not within our footprint. Or, it could be within our footprint, but additional construction may be necessary to expand our network to your area and that can take time if it's not already in progress. Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and the complete new service address to “Xfinity Support” so that we can look into this together. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
 
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
