New address not recognized by Xfinity

I live in a new subdivision. Several homes in the neighborhood currently have Xfinity. My neighbor's house isn't even finished yet but their address is in the Xfinity system. I understand Xfinity likes to use verified USPS addresses but it is annoying when a home that isn't finished being built is able to get service but I cannot. I just went to the post office and sheriff's office (e911) today to get my address verified but they don't know how long the verification process may take. I have been receiving mail at this address for 2 months now.

How can I get this resolved and get service for my address?

Hi there! I am glad you have reached out. I understand what an exciting time this may be for you and I want to be sure we get you set up with service as soon as we can. Please send me a private message with your full name and address to get started.

To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support chat, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.

Moved to Customer Service as this isn't Accessibility/disability related.
