New address not found
I purchased a new home recently in an Xfinity service area (Pittsburgh, PA), but the address isn't found (like so many others have experienced). I'd like to set up the install for Home, Internet, and TV before closing/moving. Please help!

Hello user_4f1g2e. Is this a new construction home that you are moving into? If so, the address probably is not in our system yet, and we would have to create a ticket to get it done. Once we create a ticket, our engineers look at it and compare it to the national address via the government and add it.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
