New Address Not Found

I'm moving to a house that is a new build and it's address is not recognized by your system. I know that you provide services to the area because a few houses in my area use your internet services. What do I need to do to get my address added so I can see what services I can get at my new address?

@Curtisj2010 We'd be happy to look and check your address to see if it's serviceable. Please direct message us your full name and address to begin. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
