New Address Not Found
My daughter recently moved out on her own and we are trying to help her set up internet services. Unfortunately her new address is not found in your database, despite the fact that houses on both sides of her are found in your database. How do I go about setting up service for her?

Good morning, @user_g3n2nv. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support, you have contacted the right place for assistance in regard to getting the service address updated. With the address not being in the system, I can create a ticket for our dedicated serviceability team to investigate and update the address to serviceable. From experience, when creating tickets these are normally worked within 72 hours if not sooner.
Since I will need to gather some information to create the ticket, that we don't want in our public conversation I would need you to send a direct message.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, and the address your looking to get service at.
