New address connection issues

​Hello:  I am moving to a brand new development and wanting to transfer my Xfinity services to my new home.  Several of my surrounding neighbors have Xfinity, but I am unable to select this as the move section does not show my home.  Could someone please help me?  I would like to keep my business with Comcast, but will need to transfer to another company if needed.    I put a request for this address in several days ago and still no response.  Please help.  Thank you.​

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
