New address connection issues
Hello: I am moving to a brand new development and wanting to transfer my Xfinity services to my new home. Several of my surrounding neighbors have Xfinity, but I am unable to select this as the move section does not show my home. Could someone please help me? I would like to keep my business with Comcast, but will need to transfer to another company if needed. I put a request for this address in several days ago and still no response. Please help. Thank you.
