New acct Xfinity now stuck such a nightmare
I Tried to activate Xfinity now at my second house, but they attached it to the wrong address and I could not activate the modem. I returned it and now the account is stuck. I cannot add a new account and there’s no one to cancel it. I’ve tried through the app and online. Nobody seems to help

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
