New Account
I’ve been frustrated with my T mobile bill because it’s very expensive. My husband has end stage renal disease and he is on dialysis so we need to lower our bills. We decided to come to Xfinity on Friday August 14. This is actually my wedding anniversary but it was important to us to bring our bill down. I wanted to be proactive so I came in explain I had a T-Mobile mobile account and Frontier internet and we wanted to switch over to Xfinity. We were excited because it sounded like a great decision. We spoke to Christopher [Edited: "Personal Information"]. He advise us to pay off the phones and make sure they were unlocked. He also told us we needed the account number and transfer pin. I came back on Tuesday August 18 I got internet and I got was able to port 3 lines. My husband line was not able to port and I was there until 8pm. Multiple staff members tried to assist and I called t mobile and they said the phone was unlocked. I came back today August 23 and the staff told me now that I can’t port his phone because it’s a T-Mobile flagship phone and we have to wait 6 months. My husband has a galaxy s26 Ultra. I’m very frustrated and disappointed because I can’t afford to pay Xfinity the 3 lines at Xfinity and the one line T-Mobile. I honestly don’t know what to do now. I was in the store so upset I was very emotional and crying. I had to leave because I was so frustrated. I needed to take a step back. The store manager today Samantha was showed empathy she seemed like she really wanted to help. Please help I don’t know what’s my best option.
