My name is [Edit: Personal Information]. I have comcast at my house at [Edit: Personal Information]. I just started a new account for my son Eric who lives at [Edit: Personal Information] for security camera's and a couple networks like netflix. His connection must be dead because we've been trying to get the modem working but can't.
