Hello, I just setup an account in this last hour.
However, this is for an address that I will not be moving into until August 27, 2024. I just got a text that a modem is shipped as well.
I have been searching the website and trying the AI bot to either postpone this, or view my account dates, but I am having no luck. 
Any pointers or tips for this situation?
