Never use Xfinity

Xfinity has the worst customer service and service possible. They make sure to tack on little fees that you pay for every single month so then when you do cancel even two years later, you owe them 100+ dollars due to installment fees that you were paying every single month that you didn’t even know. And rather than telling you any of this information when you call to cancel or when you go in and bring your routers in, all they do is try. Try try to get you to stay with them and then once you finally canceled they’re like OK bye. No information, no care. so now I’m stuck with a bill that was larger than my original Internet bill because this is a scam service. I’ve already lost my house and the state I love I don’t have anything more to lose, but Xfinity still wants to take take take because all these big corporations care about is a $not you.

Xfinity is the shadiest worst service and customer service ever. Random fees when I had to move states, no one bothers to tell me about this as I’m signing up for the service or as I’m leaving the service and bringing back my router and such. But a month later a huge charge, larger then my original internet bill that I can’t do anything about. I already lost my house and the states I love, I don’t have much more to lose but Xfinity is sure trying.
