Never received Xfinity Gateway

Hello!

I am in the process of moving. I had signed up for Xfinity home internet on 9/16/25. My xfinity gateway was marked delivered on 9/18/25 however my package was never found. I reached out to customer service the next day and was told another one would be sent out to me, however I never got a shipping confirmation for this order. I reached out to another agent yesterday who said that they could get this delivered today at 1pm. It is almost 3 & I have not received a shipping confirmation or the package. Please help.
