Never Received Promised $300 Visa Gift Card

We were promised a gift card after 90 days. It has been 10 months and we have not received it. I have called Xfinity 5 separate times, been on the phone for a total of 8 hours and they refuse to send the promised prepaid visa gift card they said they would. It’s apparently been shipped but they have no tracking number to show for it and no proof of arrival. Is this just a scam they use to get people to join their internet plan? They keep transferring me to new people, opening up tickets, and avoiding fixing the problem. Is anyone else also having this problem? I have already tried looking at the inventive tracker.

Those Visa cards are usually for a promotion and you don't get them right away; it's usually 90 days after you've fulfilled the end of that promotion.  Plus, you can't change anything and you must be in good standing during those 90 days or you lose the promotion and the Visa card.

Has it been 90 days since the start of the promotion?  Did you make any changes during that time?  What did the incentive tracker say?

Yes, it has been ten months and we are in good standing. They have claimed they’ve already shipped it but we have not received it and they refuse to provide a tracking number.
